By using this website or booking services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.
Quick Definitions
Prepaid Sessions = any prepaid package or “debit card” you purchase for future use
Billing Location = where your business is based and where you’re invoiced from
TCEVA = The Coral Edge VA (that’s us!)

What We Do
We provide one-on-one administrative support for your business—virtually (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) or in person when available. Services may include, but are not limited to those listed on the The Coral Edge VA website under the Services tab and identified as Services Overview.
Results vary based on your needs and goals. Our services are educational and supportive.

Booking Sessions
Book through our website or approved scheduling platform (including Stripe links).
Virtual sessions need a stable internet connection and compatible device.
In-person sessions are available when we’re in your area.
You’ll need to provide access to your devices during sessions.

What You Need to Bring
To make our time together productive, please:
Have your devices, software, and accounts ready to go
Ensure stable internet for virtual sessions
Have login credentials and admin access handy
Be present and available during your session
Let us know about any tech issues ASAP
If you can’t provide these, we may not be able to complete the work—and we can’t be held responsible for incomplete outcomes.

Pricing & Payment
Standard Payments
All TCEVA Hours are paid in advance through Stripe or another approved method, unless agreed in writing. Prices are shown at checkout based on your Billing Location
Canadian clients pay in CAD; everyone else pays in USD (unless we agree otherwise in writing)
Payment through Stripe or other approved processors
Your payment processor may let you pay in your local currency with conversion
If the wrong pricing is used, we may cancel and reissue at the correct rate
Payment reserves your session.
Prepaid Sessions (Virtual Debit Cards)
When you buy prepaid sessions, here’s what you’re agreeing to:
Non-refundable once purchased
Expire in 6 months from purchase date
Only you can use them unless we agree otherwise in writing
You’ll get reminders when you hit 50% remaining and periodically after
Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited

How We Work Together
You agree to:
Share info and feedback when we need it
Communicate respectfully
Not ask us to do anything unlawful, unethical, or shady
We reserve the right to decline or stop working on anything that crosses these lines.

Who Owns What
You own anything you paid for (documents, automations, templates, etc.) once payment clears
You own any materials you supplied or paid for (software, images, content, etc.)
We own our background processes, frameworks, and know-how
We may reuse generic tools or concepts we developed, but not your specific work

Your Privacy Matters
We take confidentiality seriously. Anything you share—logins, passwords, financial info, business files—is kept strictly confidential and only used to help you.
We will never disclose, share, or sell:
Login credentials
Financial or billing information
Contact lists or customer data
Business systems or internal processes
We’ll only share if legally required or with your explicit permission.

Limits & Liability
We work hard to help you, but:
Services are provided “as is” on a best-effort basis
We’re not liable for indirect losses like lost revenue or data
Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the sessions in question

Ending Our Working Relationship
Either of us can end things with written notice.
Unused prepaid hours stay non-refundable
Any work in progress stops when notice is given
